Rematec is a family-run engineering company with over 80 years’ experience in plant and special-purpose machinery construction. Our focus is on the development, design and manufacture of bespoke machinery and plant for the timber and recycling industries.
One of Rematec’s particular areas of expertise is the construction of complete wood pellet plants. From initial planning and design, through manufacture and assembly, to handover ready for operation, we deliver turnkey plant solutions from a single source.

Our range of services extends from individual machines and components, through conveyor and plant technology, to complete production plants. In addition to pelletising technology, we develop and manufacture bespoke solutions for other applications in the timber and recycling industries.

With our own state-of-the-art 3D design department and CNC-controlled production facilities, we benefit from a high degree of vertical integration and short decision-making processes. This enables us to meet even bespoke requirements flexibly, precisely and efficiently.
