Trough chain conveyors
Trough chain conveyors are used for the horizontal transport of free-flowing bulk materials, up to a maximum slope of 15°.
We offer 1- and 2-strand conveyors with transport widths from 230 mm to 1200 mm.
Capacity ranges from 40 to 300 m³/hr.
The conveyors are equipped with particularly durable wear floors in PEHD 1000. The chain is returned via special skids and also PEHD 1000 floors that guarantee quiet running. The drive and deflection rollers are made in wear-resistant HARDOX.
A jam indicator flap with safety switch is fitted as standard. Speed monitoring can be provided on request.
Outlets can be manually, pneumatically or motor-driven.
