The Rematec Pelletizing Box, RPB for short, is an extremely compact pelletising system in a mobile housing. Featuring a grinding process with filter, conditioning with addition of water or steam, starch dosing, a pelleting press, cooling and screening, it is a fully-fledged alternative. The proven SALMATEC press, in combination with high-quality conveying and other equipment, guarantees the highest pellet quality, long service life and economical production. Large gates allow unrestricted access for operation and maintenance. The plant is state of the art and includes various fire and explosion protection systems.

The electrical equipment is housed in a separate container that can be positioned to the side or above the unit. The RPB can be combined with a wide range of upstream and downstream plant, such as wet grinding, drying, bagging and truck loading.

The system is delivered to the customer on 2 trucks and is fully operational after a minimal installation time. This guarantees full commissioning at our production plant in Bavaria. The RPB comes as a machine with CE certification and offers many advantages for financing and approval procedures.
